Product Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Cornish Crabbers, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free refund policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

2.1. Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

2.2. Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

2.3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.

3. Refund Process

3.1. Request a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at hello@cornishcrabbers.online with your order number and reason for the refund request.

3.2. Return Authorisation: Upon receiving your request, we will review it and send you a return authorisation (RA) number along with instructions on how and where to send your return.

3.3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refund Approval and Processing

4.1. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

4.2. Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

5. Partial Refunds

5.1. Eligibility: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned after the 30-day period or that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

6. Exchanges

6.1. Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us at hello@cornishcrabbers.online and provide details of the defect or damage.

7. Exceptions

7.1. Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

7.2. Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
